How we verify reviews
This page explains how reviews on evolved.sk are created, which of them are verified, and what we do with them. We publish it so you know what sits behind the stars on our site.

Who can write a review
Anyone who has tried our product can write a review on evolved.sk. We do not filter reviews by whether the customer bought directly from us.
What the Verified purchase badge means
We award the Verified purchase badge only to a review we can match to a specific delivered order. The check is tied to a unique link for that order, which the customer receives by email after the parcel is delivered. Typing an order number or an email address into the form is not enough.
A review without this check can still be published, it simply does not get the badge. The badge says the purchase was verified, not that the rating is good.
When we remove a review
We do not delete reviews based on the number of stars. We will not remove a negative review because it is negative.
We remove only content that breaks the rules:
- profanity, insults and hate speech
- personal data of other people
- spam and links to other websites
- text unrelated to the product or the order
We do not edit or rewrite review text. If we remove a review, the reason is always one of the rules above.
Replies from us
If we reply to a review, the reply is clearly labelled as a reply from Evolved. We never write in a customer name and never pose as someone else.
How we calculate the product rating
The average rating and the review count shown on a product are calculated only from published reviews written on evolved.sk. We add nothing on top.
Reviews from other platforms
The section What people write about us elsewhere shows reviews from Google, Trustpilot and Heureka. They are quoted word for word and each one links to the original, where you can check it.
We do not edit these reviews in any way and they do not count towards the product rating on evolved.sk. We show them separately precisely so it is clear they did not come from our own site.
We do not pay for reviews
We offer no money, discount, gift or points for writing a review. We do not buy reviews from third parties and we do not add invented ratings. We may ask a customer for a review after delivery, but there is no reward attached and the rating is entirely theirs.
Found a review that looks fake?
Write to us and we will check it. If we find that a review did not come from a real customer, we remove it.
